Social media policy

1. Controller and purpose

TIBIDABO SOFTWARE S.L. (details in the Legal notice) manages its official LinkedIn profile. We process the data of people who follow or interact with the profile to answer enquiries and messages, to share news about our activities, products and services, and to interact through the profile. We do so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

2. Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by following or interacting with the profile. You can withdraw it at any time by unfollowing. We keep the data for as long as you maintain that relationship with the profile.

3. Recipients

What you post may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings. LinkedIn processes data on its servers under its privacy policy. We do not share data with third parties unless required by law.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at [email protected], regarding the data under our control. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

5. Use of your profile

We may view the public information on your profile, share our posts and reply to your messages through the platform.

6. Posts

When interacting with the profile you may post comments, links and images, provided you hold the rights to them or have the consent of the people who appear in them. Unlawful, offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is not allowed. We may remove it without notice and request that the user be blocked. Each user is responsible for what they post.

7. Minors

Please respect the minimum age required by LinkedIn. Tibidabo is not responsible for use of the profile by minors without the supervision of their legal guardians.

8. Changes

We may amend this policy. Changes will be published on this page.
